Job Description
Enercare is seeking a strategic, hands-on HR leader to oversee HR Operations and HRIS for an 18-month contract. Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, this role is accountable for delivering operational excellence, scalable systems, and a best-in-class employee and manager experience across the organization.
Requirements
- Lead, develop, and oversee a team of six HR professionals
- Act as a trusted operational partner to HR leadership and business stakeholders
- Elevate the employee and manager experience by simplifying, automating, and standardizing HR administrative processes
- Provide strategic and operational oversight of the Dayforce HRIS
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and legislative requirements
Benefits
- Compensation: $150,000 - $190,000
- 18 Month Contract
- Reports to: Vice President, Human Resources
