Job Description
Enercare Inc. is a Canadian home and commercial services company seeking a Lead Installer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high customer satisfaction and completing installations to company standards.
Requirements
- Valid Gas Fitter 2 or Gas Fitter 1 license
- Valid 313D AC license
- CFC Permit (ozone depletion)
- Valid Driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
- Minimum 3 years of recent HVAC equipment installation experience
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting
- Ability to operate necessary tools and equipment
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
- Proven commitment to customer-focused service
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Results-oriented and able to achieve high levels of individual and team performance
