Job Description
The Project Accountant is responsible for financial tracking, reporting, and analysis related to construction projects, ensuring accurate project accounting, cost control, and financial compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in project accounting, preferably in the construction or engineering industry
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is a plus
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional project teams
- Knowledge of project management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is beneficial
