Job Description
The Assembly Team Lead coordinates the daily activities for all trades within a team to construct each assigned project. The Lead supports the Assembly Supervisor regarding team development, time approval, and productivity.
Requirements
- 5-10 years’ experience packaging natural gas equipment.
- Leadership experience is preferred.
- Must be able to interpret engineering drawings such as P&IDs, General Arrangements, and Electrical drawings.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
- Basic familiarities with ERP systems, such as SAP Project Systems (PS) and Production Planning (PP)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be dependable, highly motivated, self-directed, have attention to detail, and have great organizational skills with a minimum amount of daily direct supervision.
