Job Description
The Power Generation Technician is responsible for supporting the commissioning, operation, reliability, and performance of large natural gas reciprocating engine-driven power generation assets.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of reciprocating engine-driven power generation equipment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Demonstrated experience supporting generator set startup, commissioning, and maintenance planning activities.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, P&IDs, electrical drawings, and commissioning procedures.
- Willingness to travel to project and customer sites across the United States
