Job Description
Enerflex is seeking a Service Supervisor (Field) to supervise and schedule various process field operations within an Area. This role involves ensuring safety compliance, staffing, employee development, and assisting with service projects, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair. The Supervisor will also manage field operations and customer relationships.
Requirements
- Prevential and corrective field mechanical service on gas compression/production equipment.
- Ability to teach and demonstrate proper purging/loading practices.
- Advanced understanding of Gas & Oil properties.
- Advanced understanding of Compressor and Production Equipment.
- Advanced understanding of Installation, Assembly, Commissioning, Trouble Shooting, and Repair procedures.
- High school diploma or GED and advanced vocational/technical training.
- 15+ years applicable experience.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical testing.
- Valid motor vehicle driver’s license.
- Advanced understanding of CAT ET or equivalent.
