Job Description
As Principal Product Manager for Data Management and AI, you will own the strategy, discovery, and delivery of Energage's most data-intensive and intelligence-driven products. You will be responsible for data rationalization and data management, leading the development of customer-facing AI experiences, shaping platform capabilities, and mentoring other Product Managers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex, high-impact products
- Deep experience building analytics-heavy products, insights, or data platforms
- Hands-on experience working with machine learning models in production environments
- Proven partnership with Data Science on model development, evaluation, and iteration
- SaaS experience required
- HR or people data experience preferred
