Energy Capital & Power seeks a results-driven Commercial Manager – Launch Events to lead commercial activities and drive revenue growth for newly established and high-growth events in its global portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Energy, Mining, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in B2B sales, sponsorship sales, or commercial management, ideally in events, energy, mining, or media.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience developing commercial strategies for new products, events, or markets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of African energy, mining, or investment sectors is highly desirable.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
