Job Description
Energy CX is a fast-growing energy brokerage company that is redefining the industry. As a Business Operations & Compliance Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring regulatory adherence, managing contracts and vendor documentation, and maintaining company policies and processes.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years in compliance, legal ops, or a related operations role
- Experience reviewing and redlining contracts (NDAs, MSAs, or similar)
- Highly organized — has built or maintained trackers, SOPs, or compliance systems
- Strong written communicator; comfortable owning work independently
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Suite, and Notion
