Be a part of the EDC Team! Provide full legal services, including corporate governance and housekeeping, and provide legal support to various functions and transactions of the Company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course
• Post-graduate study in Law or Juris Doctor
• At least 3 years experience in general law practice, corporate counseling, labor standards and industrial relations practice, or tax counseling for Legal Counsel
• At least 6 years experience in general law practice, corporate counseling, labor standards and industrial relations practice, or tax counseling for Senior Counsel
• Familiarity with the functions and procedures of the Energy Regulatory Commission, Department of Energy, Department of Labor and Employment, National Labor Relations Commission, Securities and Exchange Commission, and other agencies with which representations have to be made
