Job Description
The Wall Panel Designer is responsible for creating wall panels using engineering/design software. This role involves working with architectural drawings, structural drawings, and specifications from architects to develop accurate layouts and component designs, ensuring customer information is correctly incorporated. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal and external teams.
Requirements
- Operate Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) equipment or equivalent design software.
- Create wall panel layouts using engineering and design software.
- Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Modify and refine designs to conform to customer specifications.
- Develop component documents for plant work orders.
- Understand and observe all company safety policies and procedures.
- Attend/complete all applicable/assigned trainings.
