Requirements

• Analyze key performance indicators including cost of sales, revenue, operating expenses, and capital expenditures
• Provide strategic recommendations and insights based on this analysis
• Partner with business units to plan and manage company resources creating detailed forecasts
• Identify and implement cross-company initiatives to improve efficiency and drive company financial performance
• Lead pricing efforts for a variety of products, including cost/volume analyses
• Prepare materials for executive presentations, Board of Director meetings, shareholder communication, and presentations for other key external stakeholders
• Evaluate and manage capital investment opportunities, including business cases focused on automation, make vs. buy decisions, and strategic growth
• Lead cost improvement efforts across all portfolio products including identification of areas of focus and execution of targeted initiatives
