Lead Project Engineer - APAC

Energy Vault is seeking a Lead Project Engineer - APAC to manage, optimize design, and lead the execution of Energy Vault BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) projects. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of scope, schedule, stakeholders, and will be responsible for project execution, identifying gaps in scope and responsibility, and ensuring project success.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in an electrical or power systems engineering program, or 8 years of experience with a Master’s degree in the same programs
• Experience of leading project design, preferably in the building of large power stations or PV or other utility-scale power projects
• 5+ years of BESS project experience, preferred
• 3+ years of experience working on EPC projects
• PE certification or equivalent, preferred
• Familiarity in permitting processes with local authorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, up to 30%
• Comfortable in fast-paced, rapid growth environments
