Senior Counsel - Commercial

We are seeking a Senior Counsel - Commercial to support the commercial efforts of the company. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of work experience after law school, 3+ years of experience with EPC contract drafting and negotiations, and 2+ years of experience in power generation, renewables, and/or energy storage. The role involves drafting, negotiating, and analyzing commercial contracts, supporting project development and acquisition activities, and advising business teams on various commercial matters.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school
• Member of a state bar in good standing
• 6+ years' total work experience after law school
• 3+ years' experience with EPC contract drafting and negotiations
• 2+ years' experience in power generation, renewables, and/or energy storage
