They are seeking a Business Development Representative to join their team, responsible for outbound prospecting, partnering with Account Executives, and developing targeted account strategies. The role requires a strong hunter's instinct, technical aptitude, and intellectual curiosity.

• Owning outbound prospecting from the ground up

• Hitting and exceeding numbers
• Becoming a subject matter resource
• Leveraging modern sales tools
• Representing EnergyCAP at trade shows
• Participating in regular 1:1s and call reviews
