Requirements
- Experience in utility billing, AP/AR, fintech, data processing, or operations
- Ability to work within SLA-driven environments
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems, workflow tools, or ticketing platforms
- Ability to interpret utility bills, meters, rates, and billing data
