VP - Product Management

EnergyHub is seeking a VP of Product Management to own product vision and direction, guiding a growing product organization to deliver meaningful customer and business impact. The role requires 10+ years of experience in product management, including senior leadership roles, with proven success with enterprise B2B SaaS products and multi-year product strategy.

Requirements

• Own and articulate the company's product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
• Set product priorities and make high-impact trade-offs that drive customer and business outcomes.
• Lead the evolution of EnergyHub's platform to support scale, reuse, and long-term leverage.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market leaders to deliver high-quality products.
• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing product organization.
