The Industrial Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial electrical systems and equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
Requirements
- Completion of an electrician apprenticeship program or technical training
- Valid electrician license or certification, as required
- Minimum of 5 years of industrial electrical experience
- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Working knowledge of NEC and OSHA regulations
- PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics experience
- Background in heavy industrial, manufacturing, or oil & gas environments
- Experience working with 480V systems and higher
- Equipment operation or safety-related certifications
- Ability to work safely in industrial environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and around energized equipment
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or on an on-call basis as needed
