Project Controller

EnerMech is seeking a Project Controller to provide end-to-end financial control across assigned projects, working closely with Project Managers and Operations to protect and enhance project gross profit, strengthen cash flow performance, and ensure robust financial governance.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
• CA / CIMA (or equivalent) qualification
• Proven experience in a project finance or business partnering role
• Strong understanding of project accounting, cost control, and revenue recognition
• Experience working with integrated ERP systems (Navision preferred)
• Experience in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
• Exposure to organisational or operational change
• Strong stakeholder management skills across finance, operations, and project teams
• Advanced Excel skills
