EnerSys is a global leader in stored energy solutions for industrial applications. The Field Service Representative will provide technical and application support for EnerSys products and services, and will travel to customer sites to install, repair, and perform preventative maintenance.
Requirements
- Travel to customer sites
- Follows all company policies and procedures
- Operates material handling equipment per OSHA requirements
- Maintains a safe, orderly, and clean working environment
- Maintains records of performance reports
- Interacts with all levels of people
- Develops and conducts training on the safe operations of the equipment
- Provides a communication link between the customer and the company
- Generates substantial annual revenues
- Functions without direct supervision
- Completes compliance and job-specific training
- Replaces defective parts, reassembles and repairs batteries and related equipment
- Installs new equipment at customer's facility
- Provides on-site technical assistance
- Completes timely reporting of all activities
