Maintenance Operator

EnerSys is a global leader in stored energy solutions for industrial applications. We are now accepting applications for a Maintenance Technician II, B-Class position, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• Two (2) years of industrial maintenance experience
• Industrial maintenance technical training preferred
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to work with and apply mathematical concepts
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• Ability to work independently in fast paced position requiring detailed compliance
• Must be able and willing to work varying schedules
• Must be able to frequently bend; twist; reach; stoop; kneel or crouch
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds/11.5 kilos on occasions
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
