Manufacturing Engineer

EnerSys Advanced Systems is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations, develop processes, and improve efficiency. The role involves working with various teams to implement and maintain manufacturing processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure product quality and safety.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, preferably in the defense industry
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles, quality systems, and process control
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead root cause and corrective action efforts
• Proficient with CAD software, SolidWorks a plus
