Job Description
Enfinity Global is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of BESS to support our Storage projects pipeline with end-to-end technical leadership across battery energy storage systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep sector knowledge from a leading storage provider and the ability to align technical choices with commercial and operational priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Renewable Energy Systems, or a related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BESS technology, ideally at a manufacturer or integrator level.
- Strong understanding of cell technologies, PCS and EMS architectures, and system integration.
- Experience in procurement processes, vendor qualification, and cost modeling.
- Familiarity with business models driving BESS adoption across the U.S., EU, and Asia markets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural setting.
