Legal Operations Manager

Enfinity Global is looking for a Legal Operations Manager to optimize and oversee the operational efficiency of the Legal Department. This role serves as the “right hand” to the Chief Legal Officer and ensures smooth processes, compliance, and effective coordination across the legal department.

Requirements

• Exceptionally organized, with strong attention to detail
• 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in legal operations or a similar role within a corporate legal department or law firm
• Proven ability to implement technologies, policies, and processes that enhance efficiency and value in legal operations
• Strong analytical skills with experience in designing reports and dashboards for diverse stakeholders
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, and similar platforms
