Job Description
The Site Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations and on-site execution of solar PV construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency from mobilization to commissioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
- 12-15 years of hands-on experience in solar PV or renewable energy construction sites, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role in India
- Proven ability to manage sites delivering 100+ MW projects, with familiarity in Indian terrain challenges
