Job Description
Partner Operations role involves identifying and engaging potential partners, managing onboarding, relationship management, pricing, proposal preparation, sales strategy development, lead generation, sales presentations, pipeline management, cross-functional collaboration, performance tracking, achieving sales targets, and providing training and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Basic understanding of partnership ecosystems or business operations
- Comfortable working with data (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
