Job Description
Work closely with team members to promptly handle and resolve issues, attend in-person client meetings, and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of troubleshooting records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or fresh graduates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft technologies or relevant skills.
- Willingness to work late hours to meet customer deadlines.
- Open to feedback and continuous improvement, able to work independently with good interpersonal skills.
- Candidate must be able to work on a rotational shift arrangement if require.
- Self-directed with the ability to drive change in unstructured environments
