You'll oversee delivery quality, pace, and outcomes, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and contributing to the growth and maturity of the Op-i practice.
Requirements
- 8+ years' experience in management consulting or a comparable transformation-focused role
- Proven experience leading complex workstreams or full projects, with accountability for outcomes
- Strong client-facing experience, engaging senior stakeholders and navigating ambiguity
- A track record delivering process-led, digital, automation, or data-enabled transformation
