Clinic Coordinator - Physical Therapist

Engage Senior Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team as Clinic Coordinator, delivering compassionate care at Assisted Living Facilities in Concord and Allenstown, NH. This is your chance to empower the geriatric and senior population to regain strength, mobility, and independence while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years as a physical therapist in a senior therapy setting
• Previous leadership experience
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and provide an exceptional patient experience
• Passion for patient outcomes and the ability to motivate a team
• Knowledge of clinic KPIs, reporting, and analysis
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and/or Microsoft Word, Excel
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• Active or pending NH state license to practice physical therapy
