Requirements

• Evaluate patients to assess strength, balance, mobility, and functional impairments
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall function
• Provide care at one or more assisted living locations, providing meaningful services to a diverse group of seniors
• Document patient care services in compliance with state and facility standards using EMR
• Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, in-service meetings, and workshops
