The Executive Director provides overall leadership and direction for the day-to-day administration and operations of the Songhees Nation, ensuring effective governance, financial management, human resource practices, and operational systems.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years experience in operations management
• Minimum of 5 years senior-level experience leading employees and liaising with regulatory agencies
