Job Description
As a Visitor Information Counsellor, you'll create unforgettable experiences for visitors and locals, showcasing the best of Greater Victoria. You'll connect people to attractions, services, and products, driving year-round sustainable growth for the destination.
Requirements
- Experience working in a front-line sales-based customer service role
- Experience working in the tourism industry
- Strong knowledge of Greater Victoria, Vancouver Island, surrounding areas, and BC
- Ability to work up to 8 hours a day and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift 40lbs
- Flexibility to work at different venues in the Greater Victoria area as needed
