Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our outsourced SDR solution. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with different people, a desire to add value, and an interest or affinity with the tech industry. We offer a three-month SDR training program, hybrid working, early finish Fridays, and a range of benefits including uncapped commission, mental health support, and quarterly incentives.
Requirements
- Booking outbound meetings through cold calling
- Generating outbound meetings through a multi-channel approach
- Establishing genuine relationships with key stakeholders
- Engaging with a range of prospects
- Lead discovery conversations
- Delivering World Class Customer Service
- Work in tandem with clients to manage sales pipeline
- Continually act as an ambassador for the EngageTech brand
- Add value to other areas of the business
