Engelhart is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to strengthen and expand its Business Change capability. The role will involve developing a new operating model, driving process transformation, and working closely with stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Experience in Business Analyst, Business Change or Process Improvement role within the commodities or energy trading sector
• Demonstrable understanding of commodities operations, particularly middle and back office functions
• Proven experience analysing and redesigning business processes in complex, cross-functional, global environments
