Job Description
We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Alternant in Bac Pro AGORA (H/F) to ensure the safety of our gas networks and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, IT background, and passion for customer relations.
Requirements
- Answering emergency calls from clients and emergency services
- Analyzing technical situations and providing clear instructions to clients
- Coordinating technical interventions with GRDF technicians
- Tracing calls in our information system
- Fostering customer loyalty through quality service
