Assistant Project Manager

Assistant Project Manager responsible for planning, managing, and delivering projects deliverables, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Degree in Building Services/Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years experience in project management and quantity surveying
• Sound knowledge of cost management, contracts and tendering procedures
• Proven ability to lead and manage a technical team for project works.
• Able to work and deliver under tight timeline and pressure
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
