Job Description
As a construction manager TGA Anlagenbau, you will lead and supervise our construction sites in the trades of technical building equipment (heating, climate, refrigeration, ventilation, and sanitary). We are looking for someone with a willingness to travel for the Stuttgart region.
Requirements
- Education as an anlagemechanic, central heating and ventilation installer or a comparable education in the field of TGA
- Further education as a master or HKLS technician advantageous
- Several years of experience in technical assembly processing
- In-depth knowledge of pre-delivery inspection, capacity planning, and evaluation of construction performances
- As a communicative type, you maintain good contact with people and are conflict capable
- Your working method is very conscientious and reliable
- Basic knowledge of the MS-Office package and a valid driving license for the class B are available
