Requirements

• Technical degree in heating, maintenance, or energy
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a team leader and maintenance technician
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Possession of a Category B driving license
• Ability to work in a team and motivate team members
