Job Description
As a Team Leader at ENGIE Home Services, you will be responsible for ensuring the operation of the customer portfolio, supervising the technical team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will need to schedule, manage, and optimize the technicians' intervention plan, provide technical support, and implement tools and procedures.
Requirements
- Technically or logistically trained
- Significant and successful experience in managing an itinerant team in a service company
- Solid knowledge in a similar field (Maintenance, SAV, itinerancy, BtoC, customer satisfaction)
- Organized, with good interpersonal skills
- Good customer relations and technical environment skills
