CHEF DE PROJET MOE Territoires H/F

GRDF is recruiting a Head of MOA/MOE Project to lead technical projects in its application areas. The successful candidate will manage projects related to the functional areas of the Territorial Delegate, Delegate of Concessions, Director of Strategy, and Director-General's cabinet.

Requirements

• Diploma from a technical degree in computer science with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience
• Good knowledge of software solution design standards and IS architectures
• Experience in managing SI projects and being comfortable with project or application management in Run
• Recognized organizational and relational skills, allowing you to work in a multi-project context
• Ability to appropriate the technical framework in force and apply it daily
• Ability to react to crisis or major anomaly situations in production
• Knowledge of the following technologies is a strong asset: Java/PHP/HTML5/SQL programming languages, software architecture/solution, PostgreSQL databases.
• Autonomy, organization, rigor, synthesis, writing, and speaking skills.
• Ability to animate and manage a team of external consultants and communicate with different types of interlocutors (departments/SI, functional/technical, management)
• Ability to present a vision and defend your convictions through a collaborative approach with a transverse team
• Critically evaluating your perimeter and the associated systems, you are able to propose and prioritize improvement axes.
