The Corporate Identity and Reputation Specialist role is responsible for planning and implementing external communications that protect and promote ENGIE Impact's corporate identity.
Requirements
- Support the development and delivery of external communications that promote the ENGIE Impact brand, public reputation, executive presence, and business successes.
- Draft, edit, format, and post communications across multiple channels (e.g., social media, press releases, or website content), originating from a range of sources.
- Maintain adherence to established brand guidelines and provide brand guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Build relationships with relevant media contacts and liaise with external vendors to execute effective media relations.
- Manage the ENGIE Impact corporate social media presence.
- Work with key internal stakeholders, including executives, to coordinate social media campaigns, and lead the Brand Ambassador Program and Expert Initiative.
- Support external crisis communications as needed; support vendor communications as needed.
