Global Head of Compensation and Benefits, HR Information Systems, Data, Reporting and Compliance responsible for designing, governing, and implementing Tractebel’s global Reward, HR Technology and People Data strategy.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of HR experience, including at least 10 years in senior C&B or HRIS leadership roles in an international environment.
- Demonstrated success in global reward strategy, governance and data management.
- Experience leading HR technology and analytics initiatives.
- Background in engineering, energy or professional-services industries is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
