Job Description
ENGIE North America is seeking a Controls Engineering Intern to support industrial control systems (ICS), automation platforms, and operational technology (OT) systems for the University of Iowa utility network. This on-site role includes programming support, testing, troubleshooting, CMMS updates in Maximo, networking tasks, and ICS security validation.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at the University of Iowa or Kirkwood Community College in a relevant engineering or applied engineering technology program
- No prior professional experience is required
- Have an interest in control systems, PLCs/HMIs, automation, instrumentation, industrial networking, reliability/asset management, or ICS security
Benefits
- Hourly Range: $22.50 - $32.00 USD hourly
