As a Power Congestion Intern, you will improve grid modeling, analysis, and visualization of renewable generators for the purpose of power price forecasting; Research data using relevant databases and statistical tools. Provide analytical support in business functions, such as analyzing the drivers of congestion market outcomes based on macro-fundamentals (supply, demand, renewables) and micro-fundamentals (specific transmission and generation outage impacts, bids, facility limits)

Requirements

• Must be at least a junior or senior (by end of spring 2026 semester) working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Business/Finance/STEM, or any relevant disciplines
• Academic project or internship experience in data analytics and visualization using advanced tools such as Python, Tableau, R, Excel
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills in one or more of the listed job functions
