Objektleiter Technisches Facility Management (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Head of Technical Facility Management to join our team in Berlin. As Head of Facility Management (FM), you will be responsible for the organization and monitoring of building technical systems, leading a team of technical maintenance personnel and contractors, and ensuring that all maintenance, inspection and maintenance work is carried out in accordance with the agreed standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Completed training as a master craftsman in heating, ventilation and air conditioning or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in a similar position (Head of Facility Management) in the field of facility management / technical building management (TGM) / facility services / building technology
• Good knowledge of your trade from building technology / supply technology (heating, climate, ventilation, sanitation, refrigeration, electricity)
• Customer and service-oriented approach as well as a self-dependent and responsible working style
