ENGIE is looking for a Technical Facility Management Team Lead to organize and monitor building technical systems, lead a team of technical specialists, and ensure maintenance, inspection, and repair work is carried out in accordance with agreed standards and regulations. The successful candidate will have completed advanced training as a master plumber or heating and ventilation engineer, have professional experience in a similar position, and good knowledge of building technology and supply technology.

Requirements

• Completed advanced training as a master plumber or heating and ventilation engineer
• Professional experience in a similar position in the field of facility management / technical building management / facility services / building technology
• Good knowledge of your trade in building technology / supply technology (heating, climate, ventilation, sanitation, refrigeration, electricity)
• Good German language skills (at least B1) and a valid work permit
• Customer and service skills, as well as a self-reliant and responsible working style
• Driver's license class B
