Productieleider Centrale Vilvoorde

We are looking for a Productieleider to join our team in Vilvoorde, responsible for daily operations, training, and continuous improvement of installations.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master in a technical field (electromechanics, electricity, automation, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics) or equivalent through experience.
• Learning, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• Stress-resistant, flexible, and likes unexpected situations.
• Strong technical background and reasoning ability.
• Communicative and works well with various stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of Dutch.
• Proactive safety attitude.
• Perfectionist and realistic: bites into problems but can also relativize.
• Willing to work every day in Vilvoorde.
• Willingness to participate in a shift role (1 in 5) is a plus.
