Job Description
We are looking for a Productiemanager Energie to lead our energy production team in Drogenbos, Belgium. As a product manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our STEG-centrale and BES project. You will also lead a team of 15 people and be responsible for their development and training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a production or process environment
- Proven experience in leadership or a willingness to develop leadership skills
- Knowledge of safety procedures in technical installations
- Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
