We are looking for a Project Leader for Plant Construction / Fire Protection and Extinguishing Technology (m/w/d) to lead technical projects in building technology and fire protection. The position involves comprehensive project processing, leadership of project teams, and technical implementation of execution plans. The successful candidate will have completed studies in facility management, technical building equipment, or a comparable field, or have a technical education with further education to technician/master in the aforementioned areas. The ideal candidate will have several years of professional experience in TGA projects, supply technology, energy, and building technology.

Requirements

• Completed studies in facility management, technical building equipment, or a comparable field
• Technical education with further education to technician/master in the aforementioned areas
• Several years of professional experience in TGA projects, supply technology, energy, and building technology
• Good knowledge of contract law (VOB)
• Safe appearance, strong communication, and team skills combined with a customer- and service-oriented working style
• Verifiable German knowledge and driving license class B
