Quality manager renewables (BESS Project)

ENGIE ROMANIA S.A. is seeking a Quality Manager Renewables for a battery park (BESS) project in Sibiu County. The successful candidate will ensure quality of work in all stages of project execution, develop and implement the Quality Manual and Quality Management Plan, and manage quality inspections and non-conformities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Quality field on renewable energy construction sites
• Knowledge of renewable energy technical domain and special legislative regulations
• Coordination skills of multidisciplinary teams (contractors, subcontractors, external auditors)
• Experience in implementing and supervising quality management systems for technical projects
• Analytical thinking
• Result-oriented
• Ability to respect deadlines
• Organization, planning, and prioritization skills, to act autonomously and make quick decisions
• Driving license category B
